Getting Started
The Process of Housing Stabilization Involves 3 Steps
- Consultation - A housing consultant will sit down or speak with you to see if you meet the eligibility requirements for HSS and help you obtain proper documents, if needed.
- Transition - We will help you find housing of your choice.
- Sustaining - We will assist with your move and do a follow up to see how things are going with your new home. We also help you to sustain your home by assisting you in dealing with the challenges that could prevent you from keeping your housing.

Who Is Eligible For Housing Stabilization Services?
- A person with a disability
- Must have Medical Assistance
- Must be 18+
- Experiencing Housing Instability, or
- In a living situation that is provider-led and you want to move into a more independent setting
- Adults who have a waiver such as CADI, DD, BI, EW or CAC waiver
